为明教育集团的新津为明学校,在天府之国的锦官城南、山青水秀的五津大地、泽孕川蜀的岷江侧畔、幽雅恬静的牧马山麓静悄悄的滋育、成长了六年。

为明教育集团赋予新津学校的发展愿景是:以新津的进步、独到、卓越的基础教育成就为基石,扬为明教育理念之特长,从办学理念、教学质量控制、特色课程建设、学校文化与环境建设、师资队伍建设、管理体制等六个方面有机结合形成完整的育人体系;建立一流的管理团队和教师队伍,努力为有教育理想的教育工作者构造坚实、广阔的事业发展平台;构建高水平的课程体系,使“为明教育”在成都新津成为辐射大西南的中国民办基础教育新理念、新模式的另一个发源地。

在六年的成长过程中,新津学校依据成都天府新区地域的经济文化、人文意识传统、教育水平、办学实际条件,一直秉持以学生发展为本的核心理念,从以学科为中心转向以学生的发展为中心,不落下每一个孩子,为每一个孩子的明天做准备,使每一个孩子都能够成为具有中国灵魂和世界眼光的现代人,更好地融入世界。始终明确一个总体目标——构建具有中国特色的、现代化的基础教育课程体系,努力把一种开放的、民主的、科学的课程交给新世纪的中国儿童; 始终追求六个教育目标: 倡导全人的教育,重建新的课程结构,体现内容的现代化,倡导建构性的学习,确立正确的评价观,促进课程的民主化与适应性。构建以学生为本全程、全面的激励发展平台,在学生与学校、学生与社会、学生个体之间构建起四维一体的立体育人体系,多重激发学生立德、成才的原动力,促进学校培养目标和学生自我人生目标的实现。

在六年的成长过程中,新津学校初步建设成型了特色学部:“快乐小学”,“精品初中”,“多元高中”。小学基本实现了以学会预习为突破口,以友善用脑为开发基点,培养学生自主学习,实现了书声琅琅、笑声朗朗、成绩朗朗;初中以学案和自学指导提纲为突破口,培养学生自学能力,构建本校“先学后教、小组合作”的教学模式,充分调动学生自主学习的积极性,使学生真正成为课堂的主体,大大提高了课堂教学的有效性;高中以研究性学习为突破口,在“自主、合作、探究”学习过程中,重点培养学习意识、学习能力、学习水平,在多元化的成才渠道中提高其创新意识和实践能力。

对于中国的民办教育来说,我们要想生存、要想发展,就只有做别人不想做的事情,做别人做不了的事情。除了坚持教育行业向传统回归,教育行业向效率的提升责任以外,还有就是我们的教育要使孩子们尽快了解世界,想办法融入世界,这是教育新时代下的我们民办教育肩负的责任,这对于整个中国教育界来说都是一个崭新的课题。所以,在整个中国民办教育的发展中,对于为明的发展是一个绝好的机会;所以,我们的教育要向教育传统回归,要提升教育行业效率,要帮助中国孩子融入世界,这三大责任就是为明未来的发展战略。

今后的五年里,为明教育集团的发展策略是:“管理的标准化,业务的国际化”。 我们虽不能复制某个学校成熟的教育思想,但是,我们可以复制这种教育思想产生的基础——这就是为明教育可以实现不同经济地域、不同文化背景、不同教育理念的学校实现管理的标准化的内核。为明人是有智慧的,众多人的智慧凝聚起来,就可以保证我们的教育品质的传承和发扬,就可以保证为明教育集团麾下每一所学校沿着专业化向标准化的过渡,最终达到简单化——即品牌化的管理层面。到那个时候,人们一提到为明教育,就像我们现在看到的很多成熟的商业机构一样,是一种感受,一种独特的感受,这就是我们追求的为明品牌目标。

目前,标准化管理的一个重要组成部分,就是为明特色课程的开发建设,特色课程每个名牌学校都有,我们要做的课程是符合为明学生培养目标的、集团每个学校都开展的的课程,而且评价、考核是可量化的,对于学生和社会来说是可评价的。而且还要特别加强使用信息化手段,对教育的时间、空间、内容进行优化,逐步形成为明教育独特的教育资源、教育模式的优势。我们很欣喜的看到,新津学校初步制定的《校本课程开发实施纲要》所体现的课程思想、课程体系很适合新津学校地域特色,符合集团提出的两大核心任务的完成。这份方案的实施将能够很好地践行我们的育人目标,提高我们的办学质量;又可以与新津政府学校形成互补之势,相互促进、共同发展、实现双赢。

为明集团另一个重要发展目标是业务的国际化。除了香港和美国平台的建设以外,我们要建设高中的国际部,既是为了谋求学校多元发展,与当地政府学校形成扬长避短的互补之势,又为中国人自己办的国际化学校摸索出来一条道路,真正实现我们所说的帮助孩子融入世界,实现中国教育水平的国际化,这就是我们的两大工作核心任务——管理的标准化,业务的国际化。

The Affiliated High School of Peking University Xinjin Weiming is located in xinjin county of the south of the city, Chengdu called The land of abundance with beautiful mountains and clear waters, which is near the side of Minjiang River. The School, at the foot of the elegant and tranquil Muma Mountain, is the one which is responsible for all children’s tomorrow and which has its own distinctive feature of the school education and she is 6 years old till now.

The development of vision of Xinjin school given by Weiming education group is: with the basis of the progress, the unique, the excellent basic education achievement of Xinjin, carry forward the specialty of the idea of Weiming’s educational ideas, form a complete educational system consisting of the idea of running a school, the improvement of teaching quality, the construction of characteristics curriculum, the construction of the school culture and the environment, the construction of faculty and management system, establish the first-class management and teachers team, work hard for a solid and broad development platform for ideal educators and construct a high level curriculum system, making the Weiming education in Xinjin of Chengdu become another cradle with the new idea and the new mode of Chinese private- basic education in the south of China

In the last six years of the development, based on the economy, culture, human consciousness, educational levels and practical schooling conditions of Tianfu New Zone of Chengdu, our school has been keeping to the key idea on the basis of student’s growth instead of the curricula, making preparations for the future of each student and enabling them to grow into a modern citizen with the Chinese soul and the universal horizon so as to fit well in the world. Our general goals are to establish a basic system of modern education with Chinese features, to present a open democratic and scientific curriculum to the Chinese kids of the new era, to constantly pursue the six education aims—advocating all-around development of students, recreating a curriculum system, offering up-to-date contents, encouraging hands-on learning, nurturing a correct principle of evaluation and promoting the democratization and adaptability in curricula. The foundation of growth platform for students and Four-in-One Teaching approach between students and schools, students and society, and among students will inspire the internal motivation of students for morality and humanity, contributing to the fulfillment of our education goals and students’ life achievements.

Over the past 6 years, our school has featured Happy Elementary School, Excellent Junior School and All-around Senior School. The elementary school focuses on preparing the pupils to learn to pre-learn, use the head properly and teach themselves, leading to pupils’ reading aloud in the morning and excellent performance in exams. Based on Learning plans and self-teaching guidance, the junior high school aims at developing the student’s ability to learn by themselves, resulting in a teaching model of Learning before Teaching, which arouses their learning motivation and makes the students a core role of class, improving greatly the efficiency of class. Based on the exploratory learning style, the senior high school keeps to promoting learning curiosity, ability and performance by getting students learning alone, cooperating with others and exploring learning stuff, and also devotes to building students’ innovation spirits and hands-on ability in various ways.

In China's private education, only by doing things that others do not want to do, doing things others can't do can we survive and grow, we adhere to the return to traditional education and enhance the efficiency. Teachers are supposed to create a relaxed and lively atmosphere for students inside and outside the classroom, permitting bold comment, changing unshakable division in the Chinese traditional education, breaking through stereotypes and creating “I-You” style of communication. It is a kind of art to make ideological work with students, Enlightening them with reason and emotionally moving, making students accept teachers’ criticism and correct shortcomings. Teachers are supposed to have a clear-cut rhythm, full of melody, standard mandarin and reasonable logic, clever questions, multimedia teaching, a good teaching mechanism and a good teaching method also contribute to the good teaching effect.

Education is an art, while the life of art is innovation. There will be no vigorous vitality without innovation. More and more innovation talents are needed in the era of knowledge economy.
